Catherine Roy became the first female Realtor and broker / agent in Avoyelles Parish in 1975. She opened Roch Michael Real Estate on the courthouse square just a few years later and is proud to still be serving the parish and Central Louisiana forty plus years later. Roch Michael Real Estate is widely recognized and respected as one of the leaders in its field, offering services such as residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing, commercial, agricultural and recreational land sales and property management.
