Join us for a ribbon cutting for Centerwell Home Health.
The team you know and trust has a new name. Kindred at Home is becoming CenterWell Home Health. Effective June 1st we are changing our name to CenterWell Home Health to reflect our commitment to putting patients at the center of everything we do. You can still expect the same personalized, in home care dedicated to help you maintain your independence. We provide Skilled Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavioral Health nursing, and many of other services. CenterWell Home Health will maintain care continuity throughout the brand transition, so patients and providers will notice little to no change in their experience.
